Jesse D. Broderick, CCIP, CPA is the managing principal of SumIt Credits, LLC based near Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Jesse has over 21 years of experience assisting all-size companies in maximizing federal, state, and local tax credits throughout the US.  He has built a solid practice with a diverse client base, from oil & gas to retail.  He has assisted his clients in saving millions of dollars through federal tax credits, multi-state tax credits, rebates, grants, abatements, and historic tax credits.   Jesse began his tax incentives career in January 2000 with KPMG.  As a Senior Manager with KPMG, he served as the Southwest Region Credits and Incentives Practice Leader before leaving in late 2007 to start SumIt.  He has been a speaker at various forums, including Expansion Management and IPT discussing federal and state incentives. He was among the first class of professionals who were designed as Certified Credits & Incentives Professionals (CCIP) as awarded by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.  He earned his undergraduate in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University and is an active licensed CPA in Arizona and Louisiana.
